Get lost in your travels this year and capture the beauty of the world in your heart
Traveling has never been just about traveling for me. It is an experience, a way to create memories, and a chance to rediscover myself. This year I traveled to many beautiful places and I want to share with you my experiences and tell you which places are really worth visiting.
1. Goa – Get lost in the golden sunshine of the sea

As soon as I hear the name Goa, I immediately see blue sea and golden sand. The beach life here is like a therapy for me. I have visited many beaches, but Anjuna and Calangute are my favourites. You can enjoy the first rays of the sun during a morning walk here.
My advice: If you like nightlife then do not miss Goa’s beach parties. Sea food here, especially prawn curry, is very famous.
2. Manali – The Magic Of Snow And Mountains

If you are a winter lover then Manali is heaven for you. I went there last December and the sight of snow-covered pine trees and mountains touched my heart. Solang Valley and Rohtang Pass are my favourite spots.
Personal Tip: Having a snowball fight in the snowfall and drinking hot chocolate, this experience will always be remembered.
3. Udaipur – The Romance Of The Lakes

Udaipur, the pride of Rajasthan, really looks like a postcard. While taking a boat ride on Lake Pichola, I felt like I was in a romantic movie. The City Palace and Jagdish Temple gave us an experience of cultural richness.
My advice: Don’t forget to go near the lake during sunset and do photography. Every corner here is Instagram-worthy.
4. Darjeeling – Get lost in the tea valleys

I always thought that tea gardens look beautiful only on postcards, but Darjeeling changed my mind. Watching the sunrise from Tiger Hill was a magical experience. I felt both peace and freshness while taking a morning walk in the tea plantations.
My experience: If you are a nature lover then you should stay here for minimum 3-4 days so that you can explore the whole place.
5. Kerala – The magic of God’s Own Country

The time spent in the Kerala backwaters and houseboat was the most relaxing experience of my life. While riding a boat in Alleppey and looking at the green landscape and reflections in the water, I felt as if time had slowed down.
Tips: Don’t forget to try local Kerala food. Fresh seafood and traditional Kerala curry taste is unforgettable.
6. Shimla – The Quiet Life Of The Hills

Shimla was always on my bucket list. The evening walk on the Mall Road and the hill view from the Ridge is a very soothing experience. The monkey mischief of Jakhoo Temple is also worth seeing.
Personal Experience: I really enjoyed buying local handicrafts here. Woollen clothes and handmade souvenirs are perfect gifts.
7. Rajgarh – Historical & Scenic Beauty

In Rajgarh, I was able to enjoy both historical forts and natural beauty. The forts and surrounding hills here give me the experience of both history and adventure.
My Tip: While visiting the fort, it is better to take a guided tour so that you understand every detail.
8. Kashmir – Heaven on Earth

The name of Kashmir is enough. Shikara ride in Dal Lake of Srinagar, skiing in Gulmarg and the greenery of Pahalgam – every experience is different and unforgettable.
My advice: Summer is the best time to travel to Kasmir. Going during snowfall also feels special, but it gets very cold.
9. Andaman and Nicobar – Crystal Clear Waters

If you are fond of water sports then Andaman is perfect. Spending time in the white sands and turquoise water of Radhanagar Beach and Havelock Island was a dream come true for me.
Experience Share: By doing scuba diving and snorkeling you will get the real experience of underwater life.
10. Spiti Valley – Combo of Desert and Mountains

In Spiti Valley, I saw deserts and snow-capped mountains together. It is heaven for adventure lovers. The beauty of Key Monastery and Chandratal Lake is unforgettable.
Tips: It is better to take a local guide to visit remote areas. Roads are challenging but the views are worth every effort.
11. Kaziranga – Amazing Wildlife Experience

Seeing the one-horned rhinoceros in Kaziranga National Park in Assam was a bucket list highlight for me. The raw beauty and wildlife of the jungle while on safari got my adrenaline pumping.
Personal Insight: Early morning Safari is best for wildlife photography. Birds and other animals are also visible.
12. Ahmedabad – Heritage and Modern Mix

The experience of exploring the culture and heritage of Gujarat was very enriching for me. By visiting Sabarmati Ashram and Kankaria Lake, I saw both history and modern lifestyle.
Experience: Don’t forget to try the local food like khaman and fafda. It is heaven for street food lovers.
13. Mysore – The Magic of Palaces and Gardens

Mysore Palace and Brindavan Gardens gave me a royal feeling. Especially the evening illuminated gardens were a very soothing and romantic experience.
Tip: Don’t miss the evening light show. It is the perfect time for photography.
14. Spiti and Ladakh Road Trip – The ultimate combo of adventure

If you like adventure then road trip was the best experience for me. Mountain passes, rivers, and remote villages – every moment increased the excitement.
Personal Story: Me and my friends were on a long drive in a jeep, and the scenery was so beautiful that we just kept taking pictures continuously.
15. Kullu – A combined experience of nature and adventure

The experience of riverside camping and paragliding in Kullu was unforgettable. The pine forests and snow-capped peaks took my stress away.
Tip: Choose local certified operators for adventure activities. Safety is most important.
16. Khajuraho – a combo of art and history
